There is no secret or trick to remain motivated to complete your tasks. Wether it be to complete assignments, a workout or even normal daily activities, it is hard to remain motivated to carry out any task when there are so many distractions all around you. However, you must learn to push yourself! It takes 21 days to form a habit so within those 21 days I want you to push yourself to complete your tasks. It may be hard and I know at some point you'll want to give up but don't! Because after those 21 hard and stressful days, you will begin to incorporate these once difficult tasks into your daily routine with no problem. So I implore you to put aside your feelings of idleness and push your limits.
